Global warming

This won't be boring so please read, trust me.

Everyone blames the ozone layer and the sun but i have a different theory. Way way back before technology, everything was green and lush, there were only a few human fires and the occasional forest fire caused by lightning or lava. Those were creating heat.

Fast forward to today

We have hundred of millions of engines creating heat. We have black top roads absorbing sunlight and creating heat, A/C unit and heaters for homes both create heat. Everything that uses fuel or electricity creates unnatural heat. And what does this heat do? Can this energy be used and changed into maybe light energy or kinetic? NO, it floats around and heats up the world. I say technology is the cause of the heat, not a combination of pollution and the sun!

"Ok, I'm out too"

Another true and politically incorrect story that I love!!

As reported earlier this week, some guy who got pulled over in a routine traffic stop in Florida ended up "executing" the deputy who stopped him after running into the woods. The deputy was shot eight times, including once behind his right ear at close range. Another deputy was wounded and a police dog killed.

A statewide manhunt ensued for Angilo Freeman. The low-life piece of human garbage was found hiding in a wooded area with his gun. SWAT team officers fired and hit said low-life 68 times.

Asked why they shot the guy 68 times, Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd told the Orlando Sentinel. "That's all the bullets we had or we would have shot him more"

Another tie?!?!

I was at a friends house and they put on a DVD of some kid's TV show called The Big Garage or something like that. God, that show was bad. 1st of all the "baby" car looked old and creeped me out but the main thing I noticed in that show as well as so many other kids shows out there that if there is a competition of any sort, everyone wins.

Why in the #$^% are they doing that to kids?!? No wonder kids go off crying or throw tantrums when they lose. I mean 99% life you win or lose.

When has this ever happened?!?

"Mr. Johnson you were very qualified for this single position in our firm but so were 8 other applicants so we have decided.... you all get that job!!"

You win or you lose!! Stop brainwashing our kids into believing you are equal to everyone else out there!!!

Online job searches

Let me be (probably one of the many) to tell you IT DOES NOT WORK. Whether it be Monster.com or careerbuilder they just open you up to spam mail and zero job offers.

Eragon the movie

To all of those Eragon fans out there!!!

DO NOT WATCH THE MOVIE!!!

First of all, all the well defined deep characters have been replaced with shallow one lined spouting characters. Remember the long trip to go save the elf and the great dialog with Brom explaining magic and teaching weapon fighting? These great scenes are summed up in 30 seconds each (if that). Magic is vaguely explained. The end scene has been replaced to make it more exciting. Any and all character development are turned into jumping to conclusions and friendships are made in a literal 8 seconds.

EVERYTHING was rushed!! How about Saphira going from barely flying to huge dragon in EXACTLY 2 second. This 90 min movie needed a whole added hour so you actually care about anyone at all!!

HUGE disappointment of a movie. Do not see!!!

When people have a heart

I love stories like these!!

Speeding couple given toy

A German couple caught speeding on their way to give birth were given a toy for their new baby instead of a ticket.

Barbara and Johann Meyer, from Wachtberg, initially received a ticket after a speed camera photographed them breaking the speed limit.

But when they told authorities that they were on their way to hospital where Barbara gave birth to their first baby, police cancelled the fine.

Instead, they sent them a toy police officer in uniform - holding a speed camera.

Police also recommended the Meyers put the original speeding camera image into their son's first photo album.
