The middle east, this is an entire area of countries in which women are property. Where if a woman gets raped it is her fault for dressing too sexy. Whose clits get cut off at a young age so they can not feel pleasure. Women are probably on the same level as animals if not lower.

Now lets put a woman as our president. I easily see the middle east taking this as a sign of weakness and increasing any and all attacks on us.

Everyone blames the ozone layer and the sun but i have a different theory. Way way back before technology, everything was green and lush, there were only a few human fires and the occasional forest fire caused by lightning or lava. Those were creating heat.

Fast forward to today

We have hundred of millions of engines creating heat. We have black top roads absorbing sunlight and creating heat, A/C unit and heaters for homes both create heat. Everything that uses fuel or electricity creates unnatural heat. And what does this heat do? Can this energy be used and changed into maybe light energy or kinetic? NO, it floats around and heats up the world. I say technology is the cause of the heat, not a combination of pollution and the sun!

DO NOT WATCH THE MOVIE!!!

First of all, all the well defined deep characters have been replaced with shallow one lined spouting characters. Remember the long trip to go save the elf and the great dialog with Brom explaining magic and teaching weapon fighting? These great scenes are summed up in 30 seconds each (if that). Magic is vaguely explained. The end scene has been replaced to make it more exciting. Any and all character development are turned into jumping to conclusions and friendships are made in a literal 8 seconds.

EVERYTHING was rushed!! How about Saphira going from barely flying to huge dragon in EXACTLY 2 second. This 90 min movie needed a whole added hour so you actually care about anyone at all!!

HUGE disappointment of a movie. Do not see!!!

By now, you’ve probably heard the story of the San Francisco man who was arrested and jailed when he tried to verify the validity of a check at Bank of America branch. Clark found out about this story and talked with the man, Matthew Shinnick, who has spent about $14,000 in legal fees to clear his name. It all started when Shinnick posted two bicycles for sale on Cragislist and received a check from a man for more than the cost of the bicycles. He went into his bank to see if the check was legitimate and verify that there was money in the person’s account. He was told it was a valid account and so he cashed the check. At that point, BOA employees called the police and Shinnick was arrested on fraud charges because the check was actually a phony. He had no idea that the real criminal had used the name of a legitimate company to fake a check. So, Matthew sat in the bank branch for hours while police figured out what to do and then spent the night in jail. Once he got out, he wanted to clear his name legally so the arrest would not come back to haunt him. He had to hire attorneys to do this and it cost him nearly $14,000. He then went to Bank of America and asked that the bank cover his fees because it was the bank’s error. But so far BOA has refused. I was sifting through some a somewhat old basket of candy trying to find something good. All the candy was wrapped in their wax paper/aluminum looking packaging. I selected a chocolate piece and ate it. It tasted somewhat fruit-like as did many other pieces. From Milky Way to Tootsie Rolls they all tasted fruity, like the other candy I had not eaten.

How does the scent of wrapped candy permeate its water/air tight packaging and another's packaging to change the flavor of all the slightly weaker flavored candy?!?

I was scouring the internet, trying to find any info on the 07 honda f4i's (or whatever they will call it) but the only thing I could find is on 07 honda shadows!! I don't give a flying flip about harley-style cruisers!! They never change. Cruisers all look like the same piece of crap design they started out at 30 years ago!!

On the other hand

You never know if you see an old cruiser or a new one. There isn't any new technological advances in harley-style cruisers, there is no great designs, there is no desire to upgrade. If anything cruisers are the absolutely LAST motorvehicle of anyone to ever upgrade to new technology (Hell even the $30k Valkrie doesn't even have fuel injection) You are living your life in a stagnant time period but in some ways that can be good.... just not for me.

I made a myspace account a couple weeks ago. It is highly popular so might as well give it a shot. Boy let me tell you what a huge let down!!

Myspace has turned into a huge popularity contest for girls to post sexy pictures of themselves in order for men to comment how hot they are so they get 1000+ "friends" they don't even know. It is really sad.

One such girl's (like 21) friend is a 80 year old man who is saying she is hot. I refuse to participate in inflating a woman's already massive ego.

After a long stint with the "Next blog" button I have made a small mental list of things NOT to do on your blog.

1. No special effects to fade into or out of your blog - those were cool back when the internet started. People don't care anymore!

2. Changing my cursor - Don't do it, that is another lame used to be cool thing

3. Bad music - Even when it is good music it is still in midi format (think Nintendo quality)

4. Scrolling nonsense words at the bottom and the top of my window - boring and distracting.

5. Assaulting me with colors and flashes - Unless you are stuck in the 80's, eye pain is not cool.

6. Stupid diagonal banner in the upper right corner - I see it, I don't care, I can't click next blog because of it!!!

It doesn't matter what blog you decide to do... please refrain from this amateurish stuff

Also it is kind of annoying to flip through blogs and get to several that don't have the blogger toolbar along the top.

Fact. Recruiters never tell you the straight truth. Even if you are dead set to going in the service they will leave out a few bad facts that might dissuade you.

The Air force is starting to feel like the army. Before it was do more with less (people). Now they are shrinking the air force even more. Now it is try to do what you can with even less than before.

And what do they do with all this limited man power? Send them all overseas to do what the army does!!

Before, I would suggest going to the air force over all the other services but with the air force's slow ranking and these new developments, I am hard pressed to do that today.

Hold out 10 fingers palms facing you. Put down your 1st finger from left to right (left thumb). You have 9 fingers, that is 9x1.

Put down your next finger over and raise your thumb, essentially your 2nd finger from left to right. The thumb that is seperated from the rest is the 10's place and the rest is the ones. So you have 18 (9x2)

Lift your pointer now and lower the middle finger next to it (3rd finger). Now you have 2 fingers up, a space and 7 fingers. 2 finger are the tens and 7 are the ones, 27 (9x3).

What is the big deal with passing on the family name? There are many cultures out there that having a boy is very important so their family name will continue on since the 1800's.

Here is a scenerio for you.

James Pinot has an important family name. He marries Ms. Smith. Thier son's DNA is half Pinot and half Smith. The boy marries Ms. Yucatan and they have a son. Now we are down to 1/4 pinot, 1/4 smith, and 1/2 Yucatan. Continue this for several generations and eventually you and your proud family name is only 1/256 Pinot.

I am tired. "Take an energy drink" someone says. Ok, lets see what we have in the snack fund... Vault. It says "drinks like a soda kicks like an energy drink" Ok sounds good. What does it have in it?
The ONLY energy component it has in it is caffine!! Well maybe it has a lot of caffine? The offical coke website says it has 47mg of caffine (mountain dew has 55mg) What a rip!!!

Well I got 2.5 months in the air force and I am still looking for a job in Millington/Memphis, TN as a computer tech or an video/audio electronic tech.

There is a big scare going around lately and it is identity theft. People get a hold of enough personal information then screw up your life. They do many things such as apply for credit cards which they quickly max out. After the aftermath is done and you figure out what is going on, you have a ton of work and possibly lawyer fees to get your credit history back the way it was (if you even can). But I pose this question. Has there ever been an identity so poor that the scammer themselves couldn't do squat? A person who has already screwed themselves for 7 years of credit history probation (we all know at least 1)!! It is funny to think about that. The scammer would call up a credit card company to get free plastic money and the customer service person would practicaly laugh in their face!!

With a little help from the internet I have found my picture (and where to put it in my template). I think it looks ok, still liked the blue of my last blog. Bluish-purple is so soothing. I just got to mess around with my blog until I find the right word/background color combination

You can tell a bit from people when you ask them their favorite color. But like all colors it depends on the shade, baby blue people are nothing like dark blue. People who choose orange or yellow are kind of crazy. People who like bright red are wild. Pink and purple are just girly people. Blue people are relaxed. White color people are bright and average. Black is not a color, it is the absence of color. If you happen to like brown (I don't know anyone who does) I am betting you are some-what antique-ish. What color are you?

They go through changes, their hormones get all screwed up which leads to mood swings, weird food cravings, muscle spasms, and their belly/breasts gets bigger. It is all a natural process of life.

They hang out with their girlfriends and pick out cute baby clothes and baby names. Then comes the line "You better eat more, you are eating for 2, girl!!" and this is why women get fat and blame it on pregnancy. This 2nd person probably wieghs between .5 ounces to 8 lbs. Why does such a small person need 2000 extra calories? The baby absorbs protein, vitamins and minerals... not half of the quart of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream you ate. Take a suppliment, stay thin and be the envy of all those other fat heifers out there that ate for 2.

How about this one for news. The president of Sega and THQ are complaining that they have not been given the developer kit for the new PS3. "fewer and less-powerful games because the company hasn't given final technical details of the new console." "A lot of developers have not gotten the kits,'' said Sega of America president Simon Jeffrey while attending E3 last week. "There certainly will not be a lot of titles available." The system comes out in 6 months!! It takes time to make a game compatible with a console, especially one that is a pain in the butt to write for (actual statement from a developer). Well I was going to say that my previous post was apparently based on rumors. But I have reliable sources saying that sony stated all of the downgrades I posted previously were accurate. So I am going to chalk this one up as sony is backpeddling. Sony has now stated that the hard drive is upgradable and a press release says both systems will come with a wireless bluetooth controller... possibly 2 for the $600 version. No information yet on whether the *ahem* cheaper PS3 will support wireless internet, HDTV or memory cards.

Here is the latest on the New PS3

The "cheaper" PS3 will cost $500 and it will be missing many of the features that the more expensive system will have. All of these missing features can not be updated at a later date, you must buy the better PS3. These downgrades include no memory card capabilities at all, no wireless support for controllers or modem, no HDTV output, and a smaller hard drive. It will cost $600 for the PS3 that will have all these options.
In comparisson the upgraded Xbox360 is a paltry $400 and I am betting there will be extremely little difference between the graphic capabilities between either system. Both are very powerful.

The controller will have "innovative" tilt sensors (that was added at the last possible moment) in lieu of rumble capabilities.
This is an obvious rip off from nintendo's truely innovative controller that can sence ANY motion at all; in 360 degrees of turning and movement around the game system.

I was wary about the price of the Xbox 360 but I eventually bought it. I am definitely going to get the Wii due to its cheap price (approximately $200) and awesome fun controller. As for sony, I am staying far, far away until MANY truely spectacular games comes out that I can't get anywhere else and the price drops a hundred or 2.

Handsome/beautiful - People are bell curves. Meaning there is only a very small percentage of the population that are extremely beautiful/handsome. The massive percentage of the population are average looking people but we aren't trained that way. We are force fed to only believe in the beautiful/handsome fantasy. In nearly every magazine and movie, every commercial and poster, everywhere are extremely attractive individuals. We are now trained to think that most everyone looks this way when in fact you will almost never ever see super-model quality in real life. If by chance you do see these beautiful people, they are brainwashed themselves and will not date the average looking guy, that by the odds... you are one

Prince/princess - Translation... rich and perfect. Bell curve works for this too. Most people are average paid hard working people. We are not all owners of exotic italian cars, ready to sweep anyone of their feet. Also no one is perfect, people have personality quirks. Beautiful people is not the sign that they are beaufiful inside. Everyone has annoying quirks sometimes all the way up to mental illness

This is a final plea for the realism of life for everyone (including myself). Very VERY few people are ferrari driving supermodels ready to sweep you off your feet. Step away from your disney movies, cosmo magazines, and perfume commercials and realize people are REAL and not the snobby goddeses you are trained to believe in.

Everyone has their favorite food. I love chocolate. I really love chocolate. Almost every dessert I get has chocolate in it. I once tried to expand my horizons once and I got a banana split that was chocolate free... it was an unpleasant eating experience. Maybe one day I will be a chocolate chemist or a chef that specializes in chocolate desserts, I just love chocolate that much. Not all chocolate is created equal, there are some so called chocolates that are truly heaven and others that taste HORRIBLE. Here is my professional opinion from a discerning pallatte. (Consumer chocolate means it is bar form but not in extremely high quality types such as assortments)

Dove - A very good consumer chocolate, dark chocolate has a touch too much alkali taste. Extremely good ice cream
Hershey's - Pretty good, sort of waxy in bar form
Nestle - Not very good even for consumer quality but still edible
Ghiradelli - good but not great
Godiva - Chocolate perfection!! By far the best chocolate I have had so far.
Palmer - Solid chocolate sludge, do not wish on anyone. Call poison control if accidentally ingested
Black and green - a little known organic chocolate, Spiced orange chocolate is quite good (only one I tried so far)
Snocaps - great tasting and fun to eat, beware of imitators
Whitman's sampler - a variety of chocolate pieces, all of which are very good minus the truffle
Cadbury - good but not great chocolate, never seen dark variety. The cream eggs are fun to eat
M&M - (brand, not M&M's) A decent consumer chocolate
Wonka - Not very good chocolate
Lindt - not much experience but the ones I have had is good
Toblerone - very good and fun to eat, love the honey chips!
Russel Stover - Good but some really weird choices of flavors (pineapple marmalade?)
Cella's - The best chocolate covered cherries ever, dark variety is better
See's - not much experience too but the times I have had it, it wasn't very good

Aka revolution, Nintendo has really been on something when the final name was chosen. My take on it is that they were trying to be clever when trying to come up with a name that labeled their system as fun to play with others and they were also stirring up some controversy and news about their system. All this for the expense of being the butt of MANY jokes to come... but hey, at least their name is out there. When's the last time you heard some news about the PS3 that wasn't about how outrageously expensive it is going to be?

In-n-Out

I like trying new places to eat. I went to In-N-Out recently just to try it out for the 1st time. For all of you who don't know In-N-Out is the epitome of "simpler is better" mind set. All you can get are burgers, fries, sodas and milk shakes. No chicken sandwiches, no kids meals, no onion rings or tater tots, no breakfast items, no extra fancy stuff. There are actually only 3 meal deals, only difference between them are number of patties and cheese. It was ok but the simplicity of the menu was a little short for me.

Then I got this email about secret menu items. Apparently there is a secret lingo to get actual variety in your meal

"3-by-3" = three meat patties and three slices of cheese.
"4-by-4" = four meat patties and four slices of cheese.
"2-by-4" = two meat patties and four slices of cheese.

*Note: You can get a burger with as many meat patties or cheese slices as you want. Just tell the In-N-Out Burger cashier how many meat patties and how much cheese you want and that is what you'll get! For instance, if you want 6 pieces of meat and 10 pieces of cheese tell them you want a "6-by-10."

"Double Meat" = like a Double Double without cheese.
"3 by Meat" = three meat patties and no cheese.

"Animal Style" = the meat is cooked and fried with mustard and then pickles are added, extra spread and grilled onions are added.

"Animal Style Fries" = fries with cheese, spread, grilled onions and pickles (if you ask for them).

"Protein Style" = for all you low-carbohydrate dieters, this is a burger with no bun (wrapped in lettuce).

"Flying Dutchman" = two meat patties, two slices of melted cheese and nothing else - not even a bun!

Fries "Well-Done" = extra crispy fries . . . even better than the regular!

Fries "Light" = opposite of fries well-done, more raw than most people like 'em

"Grilled Cheese" = no meat, just melted cheese, tomato, lettuce and spread on a bun.

"Veggie Burger" = burger without the patty or cheese. Sometimes we call this the "Wish Burger."

"Neapolitan" Shake = strawberry, vanilla and chocolate blended together

Pretty strange to have a secret menu in a chain that boasts simplicity but this is enough to make me go back and order a 2x3 and well-done animal style fries (no pickles)

I did something kind of dumb. I was riding on my motorcycle around a corner, slowly speeding up and I accidently pushed down on the gear shifter putting me into 1st instead of up to 3rd. So the engine winded up really fast and I lurched forward on the bike. I was glad I wasn't on a liter bike!!

Which leads me to my profound question of the day.

Why do we tell embarrassing stories to other people to get a laugh? Just to ge a laugh? Maybe on some level it is to help prove to them and yourself that you are still human.

Clicking the "next blog" button is a fun way to pass time.

Seeing other peoples' blogs is pretty fun.

About a lot of them are their personal lives and family (skip), some of them are thoughts for the day or jokes, a few of them are obvious commercials, some are informative, a good amount is in another language.

But there is one type of blog that baffles me. Bi/trilingual blogs. There are many many blogs out there for 1 person to read. People will flip through blogs pretty fast and only stop at the ones that catch their attention. Making your blog bi/trilingual is REALLY narrowing down the amount of people that will read it. What percent of the population is fluent in russian, french and english? Like .0001%? Why even make it public? People will skip over your blog faster than the commercial ones.

Thats my $.05 (I happen to be worth more)

Not making a lot of noise when blowing your nose, not making a mess while eating, opening a door for someone with full arms; they all have a purpose, they all make sence... except one.

"Bless you" after someone sneezes

Why? I am sure back in the day (1600s) someone needed blessed when they might be sick because you had a high percentage of dying. Today’s medicine and inoculations ensures all of mankind will be able to survive any minor disease.

What is the purpose of saying it now? Are you acknowledging them sneezing? Are you forgiving them for sneezing? A cough is exactly like a sneeze just from a different orifice; why not forgive them for coughing too?

I hate doing something that makes no sence because society says it should be done... so I don't

Vacation

Just a quick heads up, I will be traveling to Wa for spring vacation next week so I will not be able to blog that week.

On the way there we will be stopping at Ariel's company... I hope I can see one of my dream cars despite the fact they do not reply to my emails
